10th Annual Harvest Fest

Harvest Fest is another family fun event hosted by the Erie Chamber. Over 1,000 pumpkins fill the man-made pumpkin patch. Children are allowed one free pumpkin each! Free hay rides. Garage Rats Car Club will host the event’s car show. Halloween and pre-Christmas gifts are available for purchase from the many participating craft vendors. Seasonal food vendors are on-site throughout the day. Don’t miss the Hoses and Guns softball tournament and watch your local fire and police department battle for the trophy.

Registration Information
May 7, 2012 — vendor applications due.
After May 7, 2012, a $20 late fee will be applied to all registrations
Weather Information
Rain or shine. No refunds will be given regardless of weather.
Things you need to know

- Confirmation will not be mailed. Email notification will be sent.
- Your booth space assignment and general information will be sent via email approximately 2 weeks prior to event.
- Attendance: Approximately 4,000
- Harvest Fest is advertised through area newspaper advertising, posters, flyers, HOA’s, radio, Twitter, Facebook, and other media resources.

Liability
The Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Erie are not liable for any injury or damages to your booth or at your booth.
Booths are not insured by the Erie Chamber or the Town of Erie
Hours
Setup hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Booth hours: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Booth Specifications
- No tables, chairs or awnings are provided.
- Use of sandbags or cement buckets to anchor canopies, tents or awnings is encouraged.
- Staking is allowed ONLY in grass areas and with approval of stake size by the Chamber.
- All booth vendors MUST clean booth areas before leaving. Place trash in tote receptacles and dumpsters provided for you.
- The Chamber reserves the right to refuse any booth application, should this occur the fee will be refunded.
- The Chamber reserves the right to close a booth at any time during the event if deemed inappropriate or not in compliance with Chamber requirements.
- Vendors are not allowed to walk to event distributing information or selling of products.
- Electricity is limited. Vendors must supply their own extension cords and pay electrical costs.
Food License Forms
PDF Format
Temporary one day special event permits are required from the Weld County Health Department. Forms need to be returned to the Erie Chamber with your application and payment no later than Sept. 19. Non-profit organizations must send a copy of non-profit status along with the application forms. Exclusive vendors
For information regarding an exclusive vendor, please contact the Chamber before completing application. Applicants will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
Additional fees will be required.
Taxes
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales tax to the State. For additional information, please go on-line at www.colorado.gov/revenue
Colorado: 2.9 percent
Town of Erie: 3.5 percent
